As Managing Director of Anderson Business Solutions, Sandeep is responsible for overall management of the company. He ensures a consistently timely and accurate delivery of the company processes and services. Sandeep is also actively involved in the macro management of all the projects presently outsourced to Anderson BPO.

Sandeep started his career in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry in 2002, at a time when outsourcing was seen as a “sun rise” industry in India. Prior to Anderson, he was the Head of India operations for a large UK accounting firm and was instrumental in assisting the firm in setting up back- office operations in India.    Before then, Sandeep worked in a senior role for a major Indian based BPO company servicing many well-known clients from all over the world.

Over the years, Sandeep has developed an expertise in Operations & Transition Management. He is a firm believer in the principle that ‘employees‘ are the organisation’s most valuable asset.  Sandeep takes pride with his impressive people management skills and has groomed several employees in becoming successful managers in their own right.  He constantly explores new ways of doing things and enjoys bringing efficiencies through automation.

Like most Indians, Sandeep is passionate about cricket and in his spare time, he loves to listening to soft music and enjoying life to the fullest.

Mitesh is a qualified ACCA and has a MBA finance degree from UWIC (UK). His journey with Anderson commenced in 2013 and since then has grown in ranks to become Assistant Vice President. At Anderson, he is responsible for managing multiple clients dealing with various aspects of their outsourcing requirements in the F & A segment. This includes Book-keeping, Management Accounts and year end accounts for SME’s operating in varied industries. He is focussed on enhancing knowledge and skills of his team helping them to deliver high quality services to clients.

Mitesh firmly believes that any effort taken towards acquiring knowledge never goes waste. His success at Anderson is a result of perfect blend of both ‘ Smart ’ and ‘ hard ’ work . His desire to excel has helped him in converting challenges to opportunities.

Away from work, he enjoys spending time with friends & family and cannot resist tapping his feet to loud music.

Prasad is a part qualified CMA & ACCA and has been associated with the outsourcing industry since 2005. Over the years, he has worked in and led various teams dealing with Payroll, Personal Tax, Book-Keeping, Management Accounts and Year end Accounts production.  Prior to Anderson, Prasad worked with large UK accounting firm heading their Book-Keeping & year end Accounts team.

At Anderson, he is responsible leading a team dealing with Book-keeping, Management Accounts and year end accounts for clients of various CA firms in the UK.  His ability to manage the processes in deadline driven environment  has helped build high performance and great team work. His people management skills are second to none.

His weekend comprises of studying for professional level of ACCA, time with family and listening to soft Bollywood music.
