Challenge: A very ‘critical ‘task of our client involved processing the data from timesheets received from various recruitment agencies. These agencies send the data in inconsistent formats which needs to be processed in a short span of time. This required a lot of manual effort & time to process the information and was subject to errors.
Solution: We are very flexible on our approach to clients and believe in providing comfort to our clients during transition. To that end, we picked up the task by replicating the procedures followed by the client. After a couple of weeks of successful migration of the task to India, we started automating the procedures. Apart from automating, we also placed various validations & checks in the automation process which almost eliminated the risk of errors. During the entire phase of automation, we kept our client in loop so that they do not lose the control over the procedures.
